Limousines provide many types of luxury; whether it’s for the president of a country, celebrity, or your prom/wedding, limousines were the first luxury vehicle associated with riches and power.
Wealthy people own them, and some are owned by governments to transport dignitaries, but the average person can rent out limousines for their personal use, usually for special events like proms, birthdays, and weddings.

When you think of a limousine, you probably think of the stretch variety, but they come in a plethora of shapes and sizes. There are many models ranging from the upscale Excalibur and Rolls Royce, a notch down to the Hummer and Escalade, and more “every day” limos such as Lincolns. They are almost are all driven by professional chauffeurs and come in may colors; white and black for serious occasions, and flashy colors such as pink, green, and blue for one’s club-hopping excursion. When you purchase or rent a limousine, be prepared for luxury! They come with many amenities for your comfort, including top-of-the-line sound systems, wet bars, TV, video game and DVD systems, and hot tubs, to name a few!

Limousines make the perfect vehicle for a girl’s night out! If you plan on spending time with your best girl friends, consider renting a limo to go to a spa! There are mainly four types of spas: day spas, resort/hotel spas, clinical spas, and destination spas. Day spas offer massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, etc., and are for people who are on the go, so the experience may not be as relaxing. Resort/hotel spas would be a more relaxing choice as they are used for those on vacation and looking to partake in some serious relaxation! They also offer massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, and are usually more expensive than day spas being they sell a luxurious experience. Destination spas designated just for the spa experience. They usually have doctors and nutritionists on hand to provide diet, health and general advice on well-being. Clinical spas offer medical-related services such as Botox, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and holistic remedies such as acupuncture, but clinical spas are more inviting and plush than hospitals or clinics.

When going to a clinical spa, the acupuncture procedure can be beneficial. Acupuncture is a part of traditional Chinese medicine that consists of sticking needles into the skin at certain points on the body that correspond with the healing of different ailments, including nausea/vomiting and back, shoulder, and knee pain. Some Western medical circles believe the effectiveness of acupuncture is purely a placebo, but the practice of acupuncture is largely based on the connection between spirit/energy and body, a concept Western medicine traditionally doesn’t follow. But the practice became more popular and excepted in the U.S. Europe during the 20th century. If you’re afraid of needles, don’t be! Different people experience different sensations when receiving an acupuncture treatment for the first time; some describe feeling a pulsing sensation, some say they feel a tingling sensation, and others report feeling a dull ache or nothing at all. It’s completely subjective, so go ahead and give it a try!
